APC Prepares for 2027 Elections in Oyo with Grassroots Mobilization

The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State is gearing up for the 2027 general elections. Senator Sharafadeen Alli, the party’s governorship candidate, has activated the grassroots mobilization team to start working towards victory in the upcoming presidential and legislative polls.

Alli spoke on Monday during the launch of Local Government Campaign Managers at the APC Campaign Office in Mokola, Ibadan. He emphasized the importance of engaging party members and supporters across all 33 local government areas in the state.

He urged the campaign managers to build strong networks in their local areas and to keep in touch with the community. Alli stated that the success of the party depends on hard work at the grassroots level. He said, “We must go to the people, engage them and strengthen our structures across the state.”

Alli highlighted that the newly appointed managers should see their roles as a service to the party and the community. He stressed the need for unity and teamwork among party members to achieve their goals. “This is not about individuals. It is about the party and our collective responsibility to build a stronger APC in Oyo State,” he said.

Yemi Aderibigbe, the Director-General of the Senator Sharafadeen Alli Campaign Organization, also spoke at the event. He described the inauguration as a crucial step in the APC’s preparations for the elections and encouraged members to work together to strengthen the party’s presence in Oyo.
