INEC Reveals 19 Candidates for Taraba State Governorship Election

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has released the final list of candidates for the 2027 governorship election in Taraba State. A total of 19 candidates from various political parties will compete for the position.

Among the candidates is the current governor, Agbu Kefas, representing the All Progressives Congress (APC). He will be joined by Ibrahim Zainab Abubakar as his running mate. Former senator Emmanuel Bwacha is the candidate for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), while Danjuma Usman Shiddi will run for the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA).
